Rules and Regulations for Media Representatives

1. Preliminary journalist accreditation is required to ensure the most comfortable and convenient conditions for covering the event.
2. Journalist accreditation is mandatory for access to attending the event.
3. Accreditation will be carried out in accordance with the internal rules and regulations of the event.
4. Media representatives accredited to participate in the event must comply with all requests and instructions set forth by the Organizer (namely Formika Event, LLC) as pertaining to anything connected to observing trade fair internal regulations.
5. Journalist accreditation is valid for the entire duration of the event.
6. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to regulate the number of media representatives at its events in accordance with necessity and compliance with internal regulations.

An accredited journalist is entitled to:
•⠀using all premises, facilities, and services as provided by the organizers for the work of media representatives and press offices;
•⠀receiving information and reference materials about the event such press releases, event programs, and other materials in advance;
•⠀participating in press conferences, media scrums, briefings, and other media events.

An accredited media representative must:
•⠀publish information obtained at the event accurately, in full, and without any distortion;
•⠀indicate the exact sources of information received and comply with the Official Mentions Policy;
•⠀notify the organizers, participants, and guests of the forum in advance about any audio or video recording, filming, or photography;
•⠀immediately cease photo or video recording upon request of the Organizer;
•⠀present an editorial ID or accreditation badge upon request;
•⠀strictly refrain from deliberate misrepresentation of information or defamation;
•⠀refrain from using information obtained within the event for personal commercial or self-serving purposes;
•⠀refrain from distributing any information materials at the event venue without the explicit permission of the Organizer;
•⠀the Organizer of the event reserves the full right to refuse mediavaccreditation.
