“INNOPROM. Central Asia” has confirmed its status as the region's leading industrial platform

The 6th International Industrial Exhibition "INNOPROM. Central Asia" was held in Tashkent from April 20 to 22. It has a special place among the key international platforms in Eurasia for the development of industrial cooperation and technological partnerships.

Over the three days, more than 10,000 representatives of the business community, government agencies, and expert communities from 35 countries, including Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Ghana, Germany, Iran, Kazakhstan, Canada, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, China, Latvia, Nigeria, the Netherlands, the UAE, the USA, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, Turkey etc attended the exhibition. 64 regions of Russia participated in the event with the exhibition booth or official delegation. In total, delegates from more than 5,200 international companies visited “INNOPROM. Central Asia”.

The total exhibition space was 18,000 square meters. More than 350 companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, China, and Kazakhstan presented modern technological solutions, innovative developments and industrial products.

The key event of the business program was the Main Plenary Session, "Technology Hubs as Eurasia’s New Industrial Landscape" which was attended by government leaders from Russia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan. During the session, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov noted that trade turnover between Russia and Uzbekistan could increase by 22% in 2026, reaching $14 billion.

Besides, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev reported that more than 330 joint projects with Russia and Central Asian countries, worth a total of over $47 billion, are currently being implemented. He also emphasized the importance of INNOPROM in Tashkent for the development of regional cooperation: "In a short time, this platform has become a respected format for open dialogue between government and business, a meeting place for reliable partners and new opportunities. Today, “INNOPROM. Central Asia” fully lives up to its name."

Among other key events, there was an official tour around the exhibition led by the heads of the Russian and Uzbek delegations, Denis Manturov and Jamshid Khodjaev. During the tour, the special ceremony was held to launch a new joint export-oriented production facility for cosmetics and home care products in Navoi city.

In addition, a number of strategically significant agreements aimed at expanding industrial cooperation and strengthening interregional ties were traditionally signed on the sidelines of the exhibition. These included an agreement on cooperation in the field of quality and information exchange between the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Roskachestvo, an agreement between the Government of the Leningrad Region and the Khokimiyat of the Fergana Region on cooperation in the trade, economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural spheres, a memorandum and roadmap for the development of technological partnership and increasing the sustainability of the electric power infrastructure of Uzbekistan between the Electroshield-TM Samara Group of Companies, the National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan Joint-Stock Company and the Uzeltekhsanoat Association, a cooperation agreement between the National Center "Russia" and the Center for Islamic Civilization of Uzbekistan, as well as a number of other agreements aimed at deepening multilateral cooperation in the region.

The next “INNOPROM. Central Asia” will be held in Tashkent in April 2027.
